About the Role:
The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Supervisory Project Management Specialist (NH-1101-03) to work at the 412TW, Electronic Warfare Group, 772 Test Squadron (772TS/EWOP) at Edwards Air Force Base.
Responsible for the cradle-to-grave performance of 412th Test Wing projects using standard Project Management and provisioning processes and tools. Develop, implement, and sustain value added project management solutions to enable efficient, effective execution of the 412 TW Test and Evaluation mission.

Typical 2025 salary range: $104,349 to $161,313 per year (includes Locality)
Travel Requirements: Up to 60 days

Desired Skills:
– Strong communication and networking abilities to coordinate across multiple disciplines to include project managers, engineers, institutional support, and senior leadership.
– 4 years of test project and/or acquisition program management experience.
– 2 years of direct experience with developmental test & evaluation (DT&E) planning, execution, and reporting – as either a project manager or test engineer.
Major Duties:
– Assign work and evaluate progress. Evaluate current and future resource requirements based on known and projected workload. Identify and execute career development activities, mentor, participate in Pay Pool activities (including assessing and performance ratings), approve leave, implement disciplinary actions, approve DATAAPS and provide direction for daily task assignments.
– Responsible for 412 TW standard PM process policies and procedures and work closely with the Combined Test Forces and other 412 TW organizations for planning and executing highly diversified research, development, test and acquisition projects of national importance.
-Develop and provide training and mentoring of project managers throughout the TW.
-Provide expert project management guidance to project managers and leadership within the TW.
